Terms of service

Every cake is baked and decorated in a fully registered kitchen. Photos of deigns are of cakes we have made for other clients, some variation may occur to colours and decorations. Cakes with flower decorations are seasonal and may not be the same flowers or types of flowers as in the photos. We will make every effort to fulfil extra requests. 

We ask you to store cakes at room temperature (20'-25') for best eating quality. Our cakes are made with buttercream icing and chocolate (if you select a chocolate flavour), both these items will be solid when stored at temperatures below 20'. If stored below the recommended temperature cakes and desserts will be firm to cut and eat. Regnier Cakes does not take responsibility if you do not store as per instructions.
