For over 27 years, pastry chef Melina Regnier has been baking from scratch with love, passion, and premium ingredients — creating more than 50,000 cakes for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and special events across Melbourne.
🎂 Our Story
Melina’s cake journey began at age 5, mixing batters in the kitchen. By 13, she was already decorating cakes, and by 16, she had started her professional pastry apprenticeship. Over the years, she has represented Victoria in national competitions, winning multiple awards including Apprentice/Trainee of the Year.
What started as a love for baking has grown into Regnier Cakes, a boutique cake studio creating handcrafted cakes that bring joy to every celebration.
