Refunds/Credits
Government restriction events
Once your purchased is made Regnier Cakes does not offer refunds for orders that are effected by any state government COVID related lockdowns or restrictions.
postponement credit will be offered with notice of more then 72 hours notice, for the price purchased to any items on the online store to equal value once rebooked. Please note Regnier Cakes do require rebooking of event with at least 72 hours notice, this needs to be confirmed via phone message/call to 0407 361 029.
Events postponed or cancelled under 72 hours notice, will need to contact Regnier Cakes directly on 0407 361 029 to discuss options. Please understand we are a food business creating items for each customer, once items are started and baked for customers, Regnier Cakes will not absorb the cost of items already purchased and created.
Regnier Cakes will try everything in our power to make sure we give the best customer service and help customers in anyway we can when restrictions are placed on our State.
Events in full trading times (no restrictions)
Please choose items carefully, Regnier Cakes will not offer refunds for orders placed under 1 month until event. credit noted/postponements will be issued to the price ordered and can be used for any product on our online to the same cost (some ingredients or decorations may not be the same at different time of the year)
order cancelled with more then a months notice can be issues a refund minus any transaction/admin fees. (2-3% of purchased price depending on how payment was made)

We do not offer refunds if cakes are not stored as we recommend for premium eating quality. (Please see FAQ’s for information)
Please choose carefully and read description of each cake type/flavour refunds will not be issued on customers assuming we will create/bake something that is not available on our online shop.
Delivery and Pick up
Cut off for same weeks orders are Tuesday’s at midnight.
Pick ups- Factory 1, 21 Citrus street, Braeside. Thursday-Sundays- time’s vary on certain days.
As a sole trader I have particular days and times for pick ups, this is make sure I bake fresh for each order, and can also do deliver to those who need it. I will contact you via sms with click and collect info on the day of your order pick up via sms.
Deliveries- Thursday - Sunday
I will personally deliver products to a local 15 km radius at a standard fee of $15. Deliveries to other areas will be only for larger orders (over $400) including weddings at a fee.
About our Delivery: baking/decorating and packaging is done by myself to insure all covid-19 health regulations are met. My delivery vehicle is a registered food transport vehicle. In the case of peak times we use our in house florist to assist. All Vehicles are sanitised before every delivery run. Hand sanitiser is used before and after delivery items to clients.
Cookie shipping
New cookie gift boxes are able to be delivered to all of Victoria, NSW, SA, and some parts of QLD.
