Ingredients & Allergy advice


Regnier Cakes uses many different ingredients in the kitchen. Every attempt is made to makes sure we keep ingredients that can cause allergies away from any item we make that requires it. 

Main ingredients used on our equipment- Gluten, Dairy, Eggs, Almonds, Soy.

Rarely used- Tree nuts (including walnuts, and hazelnuts) coconut

Never used due to myself having Anaphylaxis to Peanuts

Gluten free products may contain traces of gluten. Contains eggs, and diary

Vegan may contain traces of egg and dairy. Contains Soy, and some products almonds.

Shortbread Cookies

Standard

Ingredients- Flour, Sugar, butter, egg. rice flour  Icing- Sugar, Glucose, Water, Vegetable Fats & Oils, Maize Starch, Vegetable Gum (413), Flavour, Colour (171), Preservative (202), Food Acid (260), Antioxidant (306, 320). Coloring.

May contains traces of Almonds.  

Gluten Free

Ingredients- Gf Flour (tapioca scratch, rice flour, potato starch, dextrose monohydreate), Sugar, Butter, Egg. Icing- Sugar,   Glucose, Water, Vegetable Fats & Oils, Maize Starch, Vegetable Gum (413), Flavour, Colour (171), Preservative (202), Food Acid (260), Antioxidant (306, 320). Coloring 

May contains traces of Almonds and gluten. 

Vegan

Ingredients- Flour, Sugar, Almond Meal, Dairy free butter. Icing- Sugar, Glucose, Water, Vegetable Fats & Oils, Maize Starch, Vegetable Gum (413), Flavour, Colour (171), Preservative (202), Food Acid (260), Antioxidant (306, 320). Coloring 

May contain traces of egg and dairy
