Regnier Cakes is a sole owned cake and dessert baking business, Located  Braeside Melbourne

Starting out with a childhood dream of owning her own cake business, Pastry Chef and owner Melina built Regnier Cakes from her love of baking. With over 25 years in the Baking in the industry, Melina took the chance to start her own business in 2011. 

Firstly starting from a council kitchen in the back of a local hall, she quickly moved into her first premises in 2014 located in Cheltenham, Bayside Melbourne. 

Her Cafe opened it's doors from this location in 2016, with her first online cake shop taking shape in 2018. The online shop grew quickly due to a large hole in the online market for cake ordering.

When the building that Regnier Cakes was leasing was sold, Melina made a hard choice to close the cafe and concentrate her efforts on continuing to build the online cake range.

Melina then secured a new premises in Braeside Feb 2020 with wedding industry friends, to build a calming co working space. With the purpose for women in business to thieve together.

Melina continues to offer a great range of cakes and desserts on this online shop, which are baked for each client to make each and every cake unique. Updated regularly with new products and current trends, it is always a breeze to order your next cake.
